We aim to collect only information reasonably necessary to provide ClipNCart’s functionality.

2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

• Create and maintain your account.
• Provide ClipNCart features.
• Process and organize recipe information you request.
• Save and synchronize your recipes and grocery lists.
• Process and manage subscriptions.
• Provide customer support.

• Improve the reliability and functionality of ClipNCart.

3. WE DO NOT SELL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

ClipNCart does not sell your personal information.

We do not share your personal information with advertisers or unrelated third parties for their own advertising or marketing purposes.

We do not use your private recipes, grocery lists, account information, or other personal information to create advertising profiles about you.

4. LIMITED SERVICE PROVIDER PROCESSING

To operate ClipNCart, certain information may need to be processed by carefully selected service providers that provide infrastructure or functionality necessary for the service.

Examples may include:

• Cloud hosting and database providers.
• Authentication providers.
• Subscription and purchase-management services, including RevenueCat.
• Google Play and payment-related services.
• AI or automated-processing services used to provide requested ClipNCart functionality.
• Email and customer-support services.

These providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services to ClipNCart and subject to their applicable terms and privacy practices.

ClipNCart does not authorize these providers to sell your personal information for their own advertising purposes.

5. GOOGLE PLAY AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscription purchases are processed through Google Play.

ClipNCart does not receive or store your full credit-card or debit-card number through the Google Play billing system.

Google may process payment and subscription information according to Google’s applicable privacy policies and terms.

RevenueCat may process subscription-related information necessary to manage subscription status and entitlements.

6. AI PROCESSING

When you use a ClipNCart feature that requires AI or automated processing, information necessary to perform that requested function may be transmitted to the applicable AI service provider.

ClipNCart will use such processing only for the purposes necessary to provide the requested functionality and in accordance with applicable privacy and data-protection requirements.

7. NO UNAUTHORIZED SHARING

We do not share personal information with third parties for purposes unrelated to providing, securing, supporting, or legally operating ClipNCart unless:

• You specifically request or authorize the disclosure;
• The disclosure is necessary to provide a service you requested;
• The disclosure is required by law, court order, or legal process; or
• The disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, safety, security, or property of ClipNCart, our users, or others.

8. DATA SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

9. DATA RETENTION

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain legitimate business records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and enforce agreements.

10. ACCOUNT DELETION

You may request deletion of your ClipNCart account and associated personal information by contacting ClipNCart Privacy Support at privacy@clipncart.com.

When an account is deleted, we will delete or anonymize associated personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required or permitted by law.

Certain information may need to be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.

11. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

ClipNCart is not intended for children under the applicable minimum age required by law.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, please contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

12. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing.

13. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices, technology, services, or legal obligations change.
